We know what you’re thinking: “Who the heck are we? What is this all about? Why aren’t you saying more?”
And you’re right, we need to say a little more about what it is we’re creating.
So what is Lemons’n’Cherries?
Lemons’n’Cherries is an idea.
An idea that software should be shaped and forged to work for us: our business, our work, our physiology and our life. That exploring human intuition is as great an adventure as exploring space.
It’s an idea based in the belief that peoples work and action should not have to be controlled and checked by technology or software.
This belief was born from two simple observations:
- That current technologies we use to improve peoples work or action is the result of ancient industrial thinking. Here the human being is only one part of a whole-system. Software became a substitute for the former tool but also for the foreman.
- That the future of computing should be derived from respecting human biology, physiology, personality and intuition. The unconscious mind and implicit knowledge is the major part of our brain operation. It let us do things that we have learned so well that we do them without thinking. Why can’t software boost our unconscious mind and intuition to make us even stronger?
With our founding principles our team dug deep into the principles of psychology and brain-research, and dug deep into the processes of our visual perception and pattern-recognition. We designed something new. We call it High-Speed-Recognition©. It results out of DATA-Downsizing© and PRE-Filtering©. It is bio-psychology, meaning it respects how we function naturally as humans (we are humans after all, not machines).
In time, we began adding a number of other technologies to our software. Standardized check procedures, transportation solutions and payment technologies, and a few things that just need to remain a mystery. The result of this combination enabled our technology to deliver experiences that are so unique, so unexpected, so never-been-seen-before, they can only be described as magical.
We are building a world-class team of experience developers, and are reaching out to application magicians, game developers, story-tellers, musicians, and artists who are motivated by just wanting to make cool stuff.
It is all coming together in a pretty awesome way. And we hope to share it with you very soon.
